Three bedrooms sleep 5 comfortably. Queen size air mattress available upon request. Level 2, 60 amp fast EV charger capable of charging all electric vehicles including Tesla. Uses standard J-1772 plug. Both private off-street (1 car) and free public on-street parking. Wi-Fi, TVs, Security System are all included. Complimentary Coffee, Dish Soap, Laundry Detergent. Bath Soap and Shampoo included for stays less than 1 week. Smart TVs in every bedroom and in the Parlour/Living Room. Finished basement family/movie room with big flat screen TV, chaise-long, and armchair. Separate office workstation as well. Full laundry room with washer, dryer, and detergent. Other things to note Renters of more than 28 days are responsible for utilities and will sign a short or long-term lease. Cleaning fee includes washing all linens, bed service, vacuuming, sweeping/mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, wiping down kitchen, mirrors, and window touch-up. Maid service also provides these paid check-out services in addition to the standard cleaning fee:

If a guest is found to violate one or more house rules, a post-checkout inspection fee of at least $50 will apply. Pets are welcome; we charge a non-refundable $70 individual pet cleaning fee.
