There is absolutely NO smoking or vaping inside or outside on the balcony. NO pets. We take pride in our cleaning, sanitizing and staging protocols. The condo is thoroughly inspected before AND after each guest's visit. We make sure all aspects of the condo is absent of items that have been broken or missing and stains on furniture and/or laundry. We know things happen while on vacation but we need to keep the condo in the best condition possible. All missing or broken items, all laundered items with stains will be charged to the guest for replacements.
