It has 10' ceilings and is fully furnished with a private entrance. Walk down the path alongside the house & find incredible views of the bay and Mt Rainier. Use of our 2 small kayaks and the fire pit is free. Downtown quaint historic Gig Harbor is 5-7 miles away from this convenient and affordable guest house. The space Accommodations: THE CROW'S NEST is a large (739 square ft.), open second floor studio loft, stocked kitchenette with dining area, large bathroom with a roomy shower, one queen-size bed and a single bed. Sleeps 1-3. Relax and entertain on your private deck where you can greet the morning sun with coffee & enjoy the evening shade with a glass of wine. Lower deck seating has a view of our woodland middle garden. Guest access Enjoy our no-bank waterfront with view seating, mooring dock, all 3 award-winning gardens with several seating areas, fire pit right on the beach and access to one of the most beautiful bays on Puget Sound. We do have 2 small kayaks and a rowboat available for your use. Life vests are required and can be found in the large brown storage chest next to the kayaks in the fire pit area. Other things to note Our extended-range WiFi is excellent. And, for those looking to work remotely, the Crow's Nest provides a quiet and easy atmosphere in which to conduct business. Many of our guests are simply looking for a change of scenery and can engage in work activities (zoom meetings, calls, etc) without any issues.
