As we're centered just off 2nd Street, in the most desired area of Long Beach - once you get here, you don't really need a car. Inside "Maison de Fleurs" our kitchen has it all - a french door refrigerator, double convection oven, 6 burner gas range, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Central heat and A/C. The space If you appreciate beautiful hardwood floors, the feel of glass door knobs on SOLID doors, historic casings and an open area between the kitchen and family room, our property just might be the place for you. We have a picket fence off the front of the house and a very private backyard with plentry of grass to toss a ball! Enjoy cooking outdoors on our gas grill. Whether you're enjoying the warmer summer months or the cooler winter season, our central heating and air conditioning will keep you feeling comfortable. Our property comes equipped with high speed internet, WI FI, cable, two flat screen TV's. We provide high quality bed linens, towels - - no need to bring blow dryers as we provide them for you. Take a short walk to the beach (with waves) or the bay (great for younger kids). Room #1 - You'll find a beautiful "high back" mahogany four poster queen size bed with two antique night stands as well as a walk-in closet and window. Room #2 - You'll find a queen size bed with iron headboard, a walk in closet, dresser, flat screen TV and window. Room #3 - The largest of the 3 rooms, you'll find a Cal-King Bed with a beautiful mahogany headboard, an antique armoire, two night stands, dresser and a flat screen TV. This room has corner windows, a small powder room including toilet, sink and small window. In addition, this room also has a glass paneled exterior door leading to the backyard. As we only use high quality bed linens, you're sure to feel comfortable once you "sink" into any of our comfy beds! Guest access This is a "whole house-private backyard-single car garage" rental property furnished beautifully for your private enjoyment. Book quickly and easily - we require our Standard "Maison de Fleurs Rental Agreement" to be reviewed and signed once we have received your first deposit Other things to note This property is situated on a one way street with parking available on both sides of the street. If you're a "new visitor" to Southern California, feel free to request additional sight seeing information. If you're visiting or "exhibiting" at the Long Beach Convention Center, the drive is a quick 10 minutes up the scenic coastline or take the 'RED' bus that stops to pick you up 5 minutes away from the house. We are also very close to the Alamitos Bay Marina, Shoreline Village as well as the Long Beach Yacht Club. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE A "NO PET" PROPERTY. WE HAVE MANY REPEAT GUESTS WHO BOOK EACH SUMMER KNOWING THAT OUR PLACE IS AND HAS BEEN A PET FREE ZONE. EVEN THOUGH WE LOVE PETS, WE'RE UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE ANY TYPES OF ANIMALS WITHIN THE PERIMETER OF OUR FENCE (THIS INCLUDES EMOTIONAL SUPPORT DOGS, HYPO ALLERGENIC DOGS, ETC. ETC.) NO EXCEPTIONS. We have four EXTERIOR security camera locations on this property.. One off our back alleyway, one on each side of of the property (aimed toward our entry gates) and one "doorbell" camera. These cameras help to assist in confirmation of gardening, housekeeping and refuse services. There are no cameras on the interior areas of this home. High-touch surfaces, are cleaned down to the doorknobs Cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies are being used NOTE: As shown on-line, this property is on "one level throughout the interior". It does however have a raised front porch as well as raised back porch with three steps upward. It's in a location where bungalows and cottages were built in the early 1920's. For guests requiring ADA Standards ("Americans with Disabilities Act") this property is NOT suitable for those requiring a wheel chair or assistance. Registration Details NRP22-00816
