This is a vintage home built in the 60s. The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a beautiful view of Richardson Bay, Mt. Tamalpais, and the Tiburon hillside. The space It is located on a hill near Reed School. There are two decks, the front deck is Northern facing Tiburon hillside and made of redwood. It has absolutely incredible views and is lovely at sunset. The rear deck is essentially a large patio slightly above ground level which is fenced in so it's a safe play area for children or animals. There is plenty of storage space. Guest access Guests have full access to the house Other things to note There is a gardener who does care for the property who will be around.
