Guests are renting a private condo in its entirety and will have access to all amenities available throughout the hotel as well as the private Residential pool. We do keep a locked closet with owner supplies; this is the only space that is off-limits. Guests check-in at the on-site residential building front desk. All guests receive a detailed property manual via email prior to check-in, at which point we ask for additional information to ensure their stay is an enjoyable one.
