Lovely large, modern, remodeled cul-de-sac home on a quiet & secluded st. overlooking Sedona’s Red Rock mountains. Private deck w/ city views + private upper deck w/ lounge & seating areas where you will enjoy the stunning views, sunrise, sunsets & stargazing. Property also has a large parking area, back yard & side entrance, possibly shared with guests from the back studio, which has one common wall w/ the corner house. Centrally located, near trails, shops & main attractions. You will LOVE IT! The space The property is centrally located in West Sedona, only 11 minutes walk to stores, restaurants, supermarket and live entertainment. The house is the last of a very private dead-end street in a lovely residential area. The parking area is very large and enough for 4 car and even a small trailer. There are views to the Red Rocks from the front and back yard! Guest access Guests have access to the yard, deck and front/back patio. Parking is free and abundant. FOR SAME DAY BOOKING (after 3pm) please allow me 1 to 2 hours to get to the property and double check everything is ready to receive you and your guests. Please mark tour pet as an extra guest. Listing says 4 guests but only 2 adults will fit in a queen bed, 2 extra guests are for pets and children. Thank you. Other things to note Service animals are welcome and are exempt from the pet fee but pet owners will still need to pay the extra $25 cleaning charge unless it’s a service animal with proof of permits. Owners MUST inform us of their pet(s) so pet instructions are sent- failure to do so will result in loss of security deposit. For pets that are not service animals there is a $75 pet fee, if more than one animal $50 for each extra pet. The first pet fee will be included in the price (if you include your fur baby in the booking) and the fee will be deducted from your Airbnb card on file, please check your email for the pet fee request and accept it- once we received notification of approval we will send you the lockbox code. Thank you! EARLY CHECK IN FEE. Our check in time is 4pm and we sometimes may honor an early 3pm check in for no extra charge. Guests wanting to check in before 3pm will be charged a $30 early check in fee. Thank you!
