Beachfront Condo- Amazing Water & Beach Views

Mojito Sunset Escapes is a gorgeous, updated Gulf-front condo with a large private balcony and primary suite overlooking the water and beach situated at Regency Towers on the quiet east end of Panama City Beach. The space Stepping into our beachfront condo on the 10th floor, you'll be greeted by breathtaking views which provide a front-row seat to one of nature's most captivating performances - the sun setting over the tranquil Gulf of Mexico. Inside, you'll enjoy a spacious living area with a large Smart TV, sleeper sofa, dining seats for 8, and floor-to-ceiling views of the emerald waters and white sand. We face the water directly, and the private balcony is accessible from the living room or the primary bedroom, offering sweeping views up and down the beach as well as seating to relax and take in the sunsets. The kitchen is updated with all full-size appliances, coffee pot, blender, pots/pans, dishes and utensils to prepare meals or snacks. An in-condo washer and dryer as well as high speed internet is available for your convenience. The primary suite includes a king bed, closet, Smart TV and ensuite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination. You'll wake to the stunning views from the sliding door that offers balcony access. Our second bedroom features two queen beds to round out sleeping capabilities for 8 max. Also in the second bedroom is a Smart TV, closet, and access to our second bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guest access Guests will have direct access and will be able to let themselves into the condo with our keyless lock. Details with keycode, address, directions and more will be emailed to guests approximately 10 days before check in. Other things to note Upon arrival, guests will pay a $40 fee to the resort which covers two parking passes and eight wristbands. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $200 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed. We provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products (like tp, paper towels, and trash bags). Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.
