Super shade, beautiful river. Fish, swim, and kayak! Kids love the rope swing in the yard! Please send me any questions you have! Marga The space A few words about this wonderful river retreat. It is a secluded 2-acre park-like riverfront location with plenty of room for you and your family to romp and play freely in the fresh air. There is a large dock overlooking the river for bird and wildlife watching, and a smaller one for swimming and kayaking, not to mention fishing. The house has a full kitchen, full bath, and washer and dryer in the adjacent shed. There is a queen bed and 3 singles. I assure you that the house is cleaned to the utmost and that all linens, not just the sheets, are laundered prior to your arrival. There is no need to have contact with any humans, however, it’s possible you'll see some chickens or a lamb or two. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all! Marga This 867 square foot riverfront abode has a secluded feel while being close to the amenities of town. The property itself is a 2-acre peninsula, the San Saba River on one side and Los Moras Creek on the other. The tip of the property connects to a 4+ acre island, which provides additional areas for fishing, exploring, bird-watching, etc! Very private! There is parking available for several vehicles. Guest access You have your own private 2-acre park for a yard, a long expanse of riverfront with private dock. Majestic trees provide bountiful shade but do not obscure the panoramic views of the San Saba River. Covered carport.
