Completely remodeled lakefront home sleeps 11. Comfortable bedding (king, queen, full, 2 twins, queen memory foam sleeper sofa, twin daybed). Beautifully appointed kitchen. Three large decks and a gazebo give you plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the beautiful days at the lake. Private one slip covered dock for boats or swimming . Three smart TV’s and WIFI. Plenty of parking. 5 min from I-85 and Green Pond Landing and stores. Clemson and Anderson University 15 minutes away. The space 2 carports available for parking and large driveway. Three bass boats and trailers fit on the property. Gas grill available. We also provide a canoe and kayak for your use. DNR requires life jackets be on board while in use. We provide 4 life jackets. Guest access The house, washer, dryer, gas grill, decks, gazebo, dock, kayak and canoe are all available for your use during your visit. Other things to note We provide a canoe, kayak and four life jackets for your use. The kitchen has basic spices - salt, pepper, cinnamon, paprika, Italian seasoning. There is a griddle, crock pot, waffle iron, blender, coffee pot, four slice toaster and all of the normal things you need in the kitchen. There is a gas grill on the deck for your use. Each bathroom is stocked with 2 rolls of toilet paper for a total of 6 rolls. There is also soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. One hairdryer is in the hall bath. The laundry room has a washer and dryer for your use.
