The cabin is 36 miles from Baxter State Park, 2 miles from Penobscot River Trails, 10 miles from the Katahdin Woods & Waters National Monument's Swift Brook Rd. entrance, 1 hour drive to Canada and 2 hour drive to Bar Harbor, ME. There is an outdoor fire pit with firewood included, a covered picnic table with a Blackstone griddle for guests to enjoy, along with horse-shoes, volleyball/badminton net and corn-hole game boards in the yard.
