Perfect house for anyone looking to get away for a bit. Newly renovated. The home is located on farm land with a quiet country atmosphere. It is 5 miles to the city of Pontotoc, 5 minutes to the Tanglefoot Trail, 10 miles to Tupelo, 20 miles to Oxford, and about an hour to Starkville. Attached to the home is a large back deck with a charcoal grill so whether you're looking for a place to stay for work or leisure, this house will be perfect! A 2-night minimum is required for weekend bookings. The house is completely yours when you rent. I will never drop by unannounced unless an emergency situation warrants it, however, I'll always be available. If I'm not available in person (which is rare), I'll always be available by phone call or text message.
