BENSIMON apartments Berlin Prenzlauer Berg: In the heart of Berlin, this modern furnished apartment (90sqm) with the typical old Berlin charm awaits you. The apartment is located in Prenzlauer Berg and is easily accessible from both the City West and Berlin Mitte. The apartment sleeps up to 5 people and has 2 bedrooms and a large eat-in kitchen. The apartment is cleaned thoroughly before each check in and then disinfected. The space The apartment with about 80 square meters can accommodate up to 5 people. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The bright, spacious apartment (about 80sqm) is located in a beautiful house with the Berlin-typical old belly arms. It has a spacious kitchen, 2 bedrooms (each with a large flat screen TV) and a bathroom. In the fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) is also a cozy dining area with large dining table. The bathroom is bright and has a modern shower. Here is an overview of the sleep options: 1st bedroom 1x double bed (1.80 x 2.00m) 2nd Bedroom 1x double bed (1.60 x 2.00m) 1 x sleeping chair (90 x 2.00m) Various Berlin highlights can be easily explored by public transport, whether the Brandenburg Gate, the famous Friedrichstrasse, the Kurfürstendamm or Checkpoint Charlie. In the vicinity of the apartment you will find many very nice bars, great restaurants and a variety of unique shops. Towels and bedding are of course included in the price. Cots are available on request. 
For your comfortable stay you will find an elevator in the building. Please note that the elevator stops in the intermediate floors of the stairwell and you only have to climb a few steps to the apartment. For security reasons and to protect against theft, there is a cctv in the stairwell and at the entrance to the building. Guest access The apartment is all to yourself. Before your arrival you will receive an invitation for our online check-in. After the execution you will receive your personal door code, with which you can enter your apartment, on the day of your arrival from 3 pm, without personal interaction. Other things to note To make your arrival as easy as possible, we will send you a link for your online check-in three days before your arrival. After completing the online check-in, you will receive your personal door code for the apartment and other important information. We will also ask you for a damage deposit of between 150.00€ and 400.00€, depending on the size of the apartment. The deposit will be reserved in your Pay Pal account or on your credit card, but will not be debited and will be released approximately 24 hours after a damage free check-out.

 Please note, that a legally mandated culture and tourism tax of 7.5% applies to all travelers. This tax is not included in the total price and will be collected separately during the online check-in.
