You do not need a car to get around here since the metro and the bus are about a half a block away (less than 5 minute walk). You can walk to DuPont Circle, Downtown, the White House and the Mall. The Zoo is, of course, a block away. There are plenty of restaurants around the corner from the house where you can taste some of the best foods DC has to offer. The Hot and Juicy, a shrimp and Craw-fish restaurant, is a late night gem. The Lebanese Taverna, Le Pettit Plat (a french restaurant), Pizze (an Italian Pizzeria), Dunkin Donuts, McDonald's, an Indian cuisine, an Afghan Kabab restaurant around the corner, and a Chipotle just to name a few. There is also a convenient grocery store, Manhattan Market, as well as a CVS pharmacy within a block from here. This is a fully renovated five bedroom house (**the 6th bedroom is a go-between room explained below**). There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and one of the bedrooms upstairs has a king bed. There is also a daybed room with 2 twin mattresses (6th bedroom). SECOND FLOOR: Bedroom 3- queen bed w/ en-suite bathroom (standing shower)  Bathroom- toilet & tub. Bedroom 4- king bed that is the middle room.  Bedroom 5- 2 twin/ single (daybed that pulls out to 2 twin beds This goes between another bedroom)  Bedroom 6- queen bed by the deck **PLEASE NOTE** You have to walk through bedroom 6 in order to get to bedroom 4. There are doors that separate bedroom 4 and 6 and doors that separate bedroom 6 from the hallway. Other things to note We have two paid parking spaces in the back of the house ($20/night/car or $250/car/month + DC stay tax not included in quote) -No parties, events, or smoking/vaping inside. -Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM. -No sharp heels on hardwood floors -Only toilet paper in the toilet. -Pet fee is $250/pet/month or $20/pet/night -No sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels for stays over 30+ nights.
