Max 2 adults / 1 child. The Kitchenette features 2 burner stovetop, Keurig Duo Coffee Maker, toaster oven, microwave, and dorm size refrigerator. Small courtyard with 2 person bistro table, Adirondack chairs, charcoal grill (we provide the charcoal) and chiminea (we provide the firewood). We are walkable to everything in downtown Wolfeboro including Lake Winnipesaukee! If you take a left out of our driveway, you can enter the Cotton Valley Rail Trail a few doors down. The well maintained trial runs along Back Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee. If you take a right out of our driveway two doors down behind the grocery store is Foss Field. The park features a big playground, pickleball courts, basketball courts and a grassy area for picnicking along Back Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee. Guest access We will provide a code to the door a few days prior to your arrival. Note the renters agreement must be completed prior to the access code being provided. If you have not completed the renters agreement as of the day of arrival you may only check in up to 8 p.m. and only after it is completed. We recommend completing it as soon as booking so that you are free to check in at any time that is convenient for you after 4 pm on the day of arrival. Other things to note We provide the following amenities free of charge for our guests: charcoal, two gas grills in common, firewood for the firepits, coffee starter packs, linens, paper goods, kayaks, bicycles, board games, basic spices, and basic toiletries. Our common areas have all you need to relax or enjoy your family and friends. We have hammocks, two fire pits, tetherball, games (like cornhole), Adirondack chairs, flower gardens, and picnic tables for the guests to enjoy.
