Charming Victorian near Cooperstown & Albany

A charming 2 story village Victorian with 4 bedrooms and 2 bath is waiting for your stay. Sleeps 8 with queen mattresses in each bedroom. House is fully stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies, including hair dryers. The fenced in backyard will keep your littles safe and allow you to relax around the firepit and gas grill. Near Cooperstown & Dreams Park (30-45 minutes away), Capital district (45 minutes away) & train ride to/from NYC and Boston (3.5 hour drive away) The space This home is located on a side road off of Main Street and is within walking distance of many of the village's amenities- movie theater, restaurants, shops, bookstore, coffee shop, ice cream shops, walking paths and parks. The house is a quirky set up which is common for old victorians. The three upstairs bedrooms have connecting doors ( GREAT if you have children who want to feel close yet in their own space). The one large bathroom upstairs has 2 entrances- one is through the bedrooms and the 2nd is up the backstairs through the laundry room. The downstairs bathroom is accessible in the kitchen- a much smaller bathroom but with a full shower, sink and toilet. The only bedroom downstairs is off the kitchen with an adjacent bathroom (not ensuite) I am constantly updating and rearranging the set up to best meet the needs of my guests...most recent update including the adding of bed space and making sure all bedrooms had queen sized beds. The backyard is a work in progress- we are always adding new landscaping and plants. We hope you are happy with the results of all of our work. Guest access This listing is for the entire home. This means the entire house plus fenced in backyard. The garage is for my personal use and is off limits. You can enjoy the space as your own during your stay.
