This large mountain lodge sits on 32 acres bordered by National Forest and the beautifully clear Ammonoosuc River with private beach access to enjoy tubing or fishing and nature trails to explore the incredible ecological diversity of this area, from beaver ponds to streams and vernal pool to maple forests and red spruce woods. If desired, however, guests can book all 3 units, which will eliminate the need for quiet hours. With its spectacular setting and fantastic outdoor space, the Moose Lodge is also a great venue for your informal wedding or for a large gathering. Events and weddings with >30 invitees are subject to the following conditions: 1. $2,500 event fee 2. Guest must rent all units on the property: Moose Lodge, Bear Cabin and Owl Roost 3.
