Other things to note We recognize the cleaning fee is high- it is a very big house and a lot of bed/laundry and some guests create significant amounts of garbage and recycling. If the turnover costs after your group are less than the cleaning charge, we will reimburse the difference once the turnover is complete and we have a handle on everything.
