With being close to commerce such as a grocery store, several restaurants, doctor offices, a gym, etc. there is foot traffic, mostly this walking to the bus stop which is nearby and the grocery store. In the summer there is a golf course and water park directly across the street and traffic may at times get a little busier. There is plenty of close parking spots to your rental. There is also a bus stop steps fro our condo complex. We have "Lyft" service available as well with our good friend James.
