This outbuilding overlooks a charming landscaped garden with a small seating area to relax as well as a tennis court. Close to amusement parks (Mer de Sable, Asterix) and many historical sites to discover (Chantilly, Senlis,...) The space This outbuilding, about 70 m2, on 2 levels has been decorated with taste and passion. On the ground floor you will have a large open living room of 35 m2 with equipped kitchen, living room/TV and enjoy the brightness of the bay windows overlooking the furnished terrace, the wooded garden and the tennis court. 2 bedrooms are located upstairs as well as a bathroom with toilet. Access to the upper floor is via a staircase that is quite steep (may not be suitable for very young children and the elderly). Wi-Fi access. Parking on the property.
