The rustic wooden beams on the high ceiling form a pleasant contrast to the bright and minimalist furnishings. This "stylistic break" is pleasantly accentuated by the decentrally mounted light spots. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a guest toilet. The rooms have a 43 inch Ultra-HD television. Free of charge: WLAN and Netflix. The space There is a well-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a spacious bathroom with WC and shower. There is also a separate guest toilet. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. All my guests praise the extreme cleanliness of the apartment. I attach special importance to it. You are welcomed with tea, coffee, milk and mineral water with and without carbonic acid. Guest access In the cellar there is a washing machine and a dryer. The large garden can be used in summer for relaxing, grilling or playing table tennis. Other things to note The apartment is easily accessible by bus or tram. This is a quick way to get to the university, trade fair or city centre. Also the good connection to the motorways A40 and A42 is advantageous. The apartment has been completely rebuilt and furnished.
