Read below for details The space This premium condo is in the perfect location. It is close to the beach with a view of the pool, beach and Sea of Cortez. It's close enough to the elevator to be handy, but not heard. The condo has been completely remodeled. Everything has been updated. Gorgeous new flooring throughout, new granite counter tops and sinks in the kitchen and bathroom. An amazing walk-in shower and new toilet. New range and refrigerator. LED lighting in kitchen, hall and bathrooms. New 65” and 50” smart flat screen TV’s in the living room and bedroom. All new furniture, including new king size bed and queen size sofa couch which comfortably sleeps 4 adults. New blackout window blinds. New remote control ceiling fans. All new interior paint. The place looks and feels fantastic. A full kitchen with appliances, stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge, Keurig coffee maker with coffee, pots/pans, dishes, glasses and utensils. Come enjoy Puerto Penasco in this beautiful condo. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire complex, (except the owners area by the clubhouse), private beach area, shared pools and hot tub. Your names will be provided to the guard gate for security purposes and you will be given wrist bands. The complex is walled and has security 24/7. Other things to note Discounted boat trips: When staying in our condo for two (2) nights or more, we offer a 25% discount on all of Del Mar Charters Day/Sunset cruises. Also, a 15% discount on our Fishing Trips, Bird Island Snorkel Trips and Whale Watching. The discount is only for those staying in the Condo. This is good for only one trip during your stay. If we can't go out due to bad weather or if the boat is full for that day, we will issue you a 25% or 15% discount voucher good for a different day.
