Pet Friendly, cabin in Serene Lakes near Tahoe

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin in Lake Tahoe region, 3 miles from Sugar Bowl and 1 mile to X-country skiing at Royal Gorge. Facing woods, hiking/mountain biking/cross country ski trail off the deck, in a quiet location great for kids. Cabin has WiFi, Internet but no live TV. Main source of heat is Vermont cast iron wood burning stove so please like making fires! Wood is provided. No central heat, some baseboards. I rent to people with pets and expect them to keep pets off furniture. The space Well behaved dog allowed. House faces forest, cross country ski trail. Loft on second floor. Snow piles up on deck in winter. Snow plow service cleans parking area, but you have to move your car so the snow plow can clean fully. Guest access All of the house Other things to note Primary heat is a wood stove, so please be comfortable with using them. Some electric heaters but you gotta love a wood stove! Do not walk under roof when there is snow or let kids play on snow banks. Snow sloughs off roof and is dangerous to be under!
