The space A wall of windows runs the length and height ( 18 ft. ceilings ) of the kitchen providing an ever changing scene of nature no matter the season. An open and roomy 1480 sq. ft. poplar and oak cabin with 2 bedrooms (King Bed in the first bedroom, with 2 twin beds in the second bedroom, 2 large bathrooms ( tub/shower combo w/a washer/dryer in the main bathroom off King, and step-in shower off twin bedroom). Let your children enjoy playing in the loft area overlooking the great room with bean bags, floor pillows, as well as kid-size table and chairs. if you crave a unique, private and one of a kind cabin then you've found just the right place to rent. We offer a fully furnished kitchen, with all you'll need for cooking: kitchen staples and fridge condonements, two gas fireplaces, central HVAC, outside dining on front porch w/outdoor fan, rockers, indoor dining table/ceiling fans, charcoal grill w/charcoal provided. Large fenced outdoor dog park under the trees near the fire pit ( seasoned wood, kindling, fire starter provided, as well as a hammock under the trees. Private stocked pond for fishing ( a walk of about 3 minutes at a leisurely pace from the front of the cabin.) Little to no light pollution so our magical cabin is a great place for stargazing. Many guests enjoy celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, & honeymoons at our beautiful cabin. With that in mind, we will provide roses and champagne on the house for such special occasions. PLEASE NOTE: We have Good Cell phone reception but Do Not Offer WIFI or cable because we can not guarantee reception at all times and during all weather events. Guest access Codes and specific directions will be sent prior to your rental dates in order that you may access the property and cabin. The entire home is at your disposal as well as the entire acreage when you rent the General's Cabin. There are no other cabins on this property. Other things to note All kitchenware, paper products, as well as towels & sheets are provided. (Beds will be made with our high-end linens/primaloft or down duvet cover/primaloft and down pillows prior to your arrival.) Dishwashing liquid & laundry soap are provided. An extensive library fills the house & a storage room holds board games & DVDs for TV viewing. (NO consistent cable, wifi, or satellite is available in the area, so we don't want to offer something we can't guarantee.) Cell phone reception is very good.
