Heated jacuzzi only is $150 per night City Permit # 4098 CITY OF PALM SPRINGS As a reminder, excessive noise (Palm Springs Municipal Code 5.25.070 (f)) and amplified music (Palm Springs Municipal Code 5.25.070(g)) is not allowed outside of the Vacation Rental unit.  Music heard at the property line (including music coming from inside of the home) is a violation of the Vacation Rental Ordinance.  Guests in violation of the code will be issued a fine in the amount of $500.00.  Additionally, this violation will count as a STRIKE toward the RENTAL PERMIT. After 3 strikes RENTAL PERMIT will be suspended for 2 years. There isn’t a curfew time for music or loud noises “NO MUSIC OUTSIDE OR LOUD NOISES ”are permitted anytime of the day!
