Guest access Guests have access to the whole home and its contents. Guests also have access to the neighborhood amenities, which include 2 pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, racquetball courts, shuffleboard, fitness center and nature trails. Other things to note New Smyrna Beach is +- 1 hour to Orlando's world class attractions including Disney/Universal/Sea World.
