Surrounded by the historic wineries of Sonoma's east-side. We are on a private road that leads to Gundlach Bundschu winery which is one of the oldest in California. We have very little traffic on our side of town so it's perfect for long walks or riding a bike to take in all the charm that Sonoma's east-side has to offer. Our favorite way to get around town is cruising on bikes to take in the scenery. We can refer you to a local bike company that will deliver nice cruiser bikes and pick them up from our property. They have different sizes and even offer tours that go right by our house daily. If you don't want to bike or drive, we have a couple reliable taxi services that offer vans for large groups at very reasonable rates. Noise Ordinance: - Strictly Enforced: Quiet hours are from 10pm - 9am which means no outside activity. The hot tub and pool are off limits during quiet hours. As a vacation rental we are not allowed to have amplified music outside at any time. If our neighbors can hear music then it is a violation under ordinance #4908. Noise complaints will result in forfeiture of deposit and immediate eviction. We respect our neighbors and do not allow late night parties. The entire property is yours for the length of your stay. Please know that we do have security cameras on the outside areas of the property and our neighbor keeps a close eye. We are here to help with any issues or offer some of our local knowledge if you desire. Residential with lots of Old Sonoma Charm and Historic Wineries. So peaceful and quiet that you only hear crickets at night. The road we are located on dead-ends into Gundlach Bunschu winery so there is very little traffic.
