In the case of apts.on the building this is required for preregistration and the registration will be done at arrival in the front desk. Due to Covid regulations the maximum number of guests allowed in apts or houses is double the number of bedrooms so in the case of apts of one bedroom the maximum number of guests allowed is 2, in the case of two bedrooms is 4 etc etc Covid19 house rules in our houses House rules for Paradise 1,2 and 3  Hi , 4 very important rules to be aware of, before booking Paradise 1, 2 or 3. 1.-Not third party booking is allowed, no other person but the one on the profile is to check in, ID will be required. 2.-No parties or events allowed. 3.-Absolutely No Smoking inside the house! 4.- Due to Special Covid 19 regulations is absolutely forbidden meetings or parties in our houses , this regulation imposed by Miami Dade County is enforced by a permanent police patrolling the area so it is very important keep sound and noise at minimum not disturbing the neighbors to avoid serious problems with the authorities .
