Beautiful home located in the heart of Knoxville. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, University of Tennessee! We have a fully stocked kitchen, large patio and a grill. We also have another unit that is "attached" to this home if you need accommodations for more than 10 people. You would share a large dining room between the units great for dinner gatherings such as Thanksgiving. You may instead choose to rent the dining room for $75 when booking this home. The space This 3 bedroom home sleeps 10. There is a king bedroom with a full bath, a queen bedroom, and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. A full bathroom is also located in the hall. We also have a sofa sleeper as well as 2 twin roll away beds. Other things to note This is one of four units within a small condo complex. We own all the buildings and they are currently all Airbnb rentals. There is a large parking area, but we request that each unit only have 4 vehicles each
