Colonial Getaway Near Old Town Historic Winchester

Colonial style home- enjoy a spacious home with large living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Perfect for a family or a longer stay. Just a few miles drive to Old Town Winchester which includes numerous restaurants, bars, shopping and some kind of event... like the Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival! Our house is located about 65 miles West of Washington D.C. Near by to other scenic attractions as well- Shenandoah National Park, Luray Caverns, and Harper's Ferry! The space The home is equipped with everything you may need to cook with and full-size appliances and microwave. There are 4 beds, a portable crib, a walk in shower and shower/tub on the 2nd level. Washer and dryer are available on the main level. Baby booster seat with removable tray for dining. Also available is a Keurig coffee machine with coffee and a charcoal grill on the deck out back. Check out my guidebook for restaurants and things to do. Guest access Access to the entire house is available. We have neighbors on all four sides so please be mindful of noise level. No loud music please. All vehicles should be parked in driveway only. No parking on the street or yard please. Driveway can fit 4 to 6 vehicles depending on size. All bedrooms are on 2nd floor. Other things to note All 3 bedrooms are on the upstairs level. 50 inch Smart TV in the living room. 40inch TV with ROKU in the master bedroom. 32 inTV with ROKU in the other two bedrooms. Separate HVAC systems and thermostats on each floor.
