The Tamarici in Rocca di Papa

Le Tamerici is a villa in Rocca di Papa, a small town a few kilometers from Rome, immersed in the greenery of the Castelli Romani Natural Park. In the Villa there are 2 apartments, in this case rented together for a total of 13 beds. In addition it is also possible to have a third and a fourth apartment up to a total capacity of 23 seats (quotations on request) The space Le Tamerici consists of two apartments. The first is on the ground floor ( 70 square meters) with entrance to the garden and the enchanting veranda, has a very large living room that can accommodate up to 20-25 people with a fully equipped kitchenette. In the lounge there are 2 single beds: a single bed turned into a sofa and a sofa bed. We have a beautiful double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a comfortable dressing room with sink. The veranda is equipped with table and chairs with a magnificent view of the garden. The other apartment is on 2 levels (first floor and attic). In the largest of about 140 square meters there are a living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen , extendable table up to 12 seats, a double bedroom and a single bed and a bathroom with double sinks. The kitchen is finely and fully equipped with dishes, glasses, pans, dishwasher, oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine (with welcome pods kit). In its attic, there are 2 bedrooms (one double with 2 single beds (total 4 places) and one double) and a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have parquet flooring. The apartment has a washing machine. It is possible to add other beds. Guest access Use of the kitchen, a kettle, washing machine (in the larger apartment), dishwasher , television, video intercom, electric gate, free wi-fi. Independent natural gas heating. There is a large garden and parking for one car Other things to note On request there is a transfer service with private driver (with car or van) who can wait guests inside the airport, at arrival gates, and bring them right in front of the apartment. The temperature is cool in summer and there is no need for air conditioning. The heating, available from 1 October to 30 April, is on consumption : 1,59 € per cubic meter. It's required 200€ deposit for utilities in cash, at check in. The deposit will be given back at check out. Arrivals must be within 7 p.m. After this time it's not possible to check in.
