The location couldn't be better. Only a 5-10min walk from downtown Napa. An example of attractions include Oxbow Market, 10+ tasting rooms, 40+ restaurants. Close enough for convenience, but a perfect distance to still feel that safe, small town vibe. The front has a porch with swing. While the backyard, offers a deck and lawn. Regarding city laws, my home has been inspected by city officials and is an officially registered vacation rental. My vacation rental permit number is VR16-0041. The space The entire downstairs is available to guests. This includes two rooms with a bed in each, a bathroom, living room and kitchen. The only place off limits to guests is upstairs. My home was built in 1924 so it offers a very warm and welcoming environment with it's original design. Guest access Red rock cafe, las palmas, papa joes pizza and Siam Thai House are all within two blocks. Downtown is only 4 blocks away. A lively Italian restaurant named UVA is literally on my street. It has a bar with live music most nights. Over 50 restaurants are within 1/2 mile Other things to note Because I am not renting out my entire home, airbnb only allows me to list one room on its site. However, I do have two bedrooms (as shown in my pictures) which is why I am able to accommodate 3-4 guests. Each bed is large enough to accommodate two people. Furthermore, I don't charge extra for the additional room. Charges are based on number of nights stayed, and amount of guests.
