This Stowe home is the perfect place for your mountainous vacation! The space ABOUT THE HOUSE: This hilltop home is just 1 mile to Stowe village and 15 minutes from the ski slopes. Perfect for families and gatherings. Here are some details on this beautiful getaway: — Set just off the road, so you have plenty of privacy yet easy access to everything. — 5 bedrooms. — 3 ½ bathrooms. — 3,000 sqft of indoor living space. — 2 separate living rooms with TV’s, couches, chairs and cozy bean bags. — Newly appointed bedding and linens. — WiFi throughout. — Dogs allowed with prior approval. — BEDROOM 1: Upstairs Master Bedroom has a king bed with comfortable memory foam mattress, large walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with new shower. A/C unit in the room. — BEDROOM 2: Upstairs Bedroom has queen bed, oversized closet and shared full bath. A/C unit in the room. — BEDROOM 3: Upstairs Bedroom has full bed, oversized closet and shared full bath. A/C unit in the room. — BEDROOM 4: Upstairs room with two twin beds and shared bath. Kids will love the mural covering one wall. A/C unit in the room. — BEDROOM 5: Lower Level Bedroom has full bed, oversized closet and adjacent full bath. A/C unit in the room. GREAT FOR FAMILIES: The house is perfect for one or more families as well as groups of friends. — Two living areas. One area is off the kitchen on the main floor and one in the lower level. — Two large mudroom areas have plenty of space for all your outdoor gear. — Games, movies, TV’s and more. All you need to bring is your food. — Bright and open kitchen perfect for eating, visiting and cooking meals. — Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans and serving supplies. — Counter stools and kitchen table. — Regular and microwave oven. — Coffee pot and toaster. HOT TUB & POOL The hot tub is open and available all year round. The pool is open seasonally, typically mid-May through mid-October. While we are one of the first pools in the area to open and the last to close, the official season is weather/temperature dependent. LOCATION: Even though we’re located in a private setting, we’re actually surprisingly close to everything! 1 mile to the village local dining and shopping. 8 miles to the Stowe Mountain Resort. 10 miles to exit 10 on Rt. 89. 2.2 hours from Montreal. 3 hours from Boston. 5.5 hours from NYC. From the covered front porch with mountain views to the bedrooms, kitchen and living areas, feel free to spread out and stretch out! HOT TUB/POOL: The hot tub is available year-round and seats 5-6 people. Our pool is typically open Late May (sometimes earlier if weather permits) and closes after Columbus Day in October, sometimes later (again, weather dependent). While we are one of the first pools in the area to open and the last to close, the official season is weather/temperature dependent. WE ARE JUST A PHONE CALL AWAY: We live a mile up the road in Stowe Hollow and are just a phone call or text away with any questions, requests or issues you may have. There will be fresh cider donuts and basic sundries awaiting your arrival. All you have to do is have fun! OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Vermont roads can get gnarly, and our driveway is a bit steep. We will make sure it's plowed and sanded properly in the winter, but SUVs and/or All Wheel Drive vehicles are recommended when there is snow on the ground for both our driveway and Vermont roads in general.
