This listing is for the enitre basement apartment, with its own separate entrance, bathroom, laundry, and kitchen, no sharing with upstairs. 10 pm quiet time to respect upstairs people. Close to the freeway, walking distance to food, and less than 15 minutes from downtown/airport. The thermostat is upstairs, basement does not have access to it. I can adjust the temp basement runs chilly in the summer and a bit toasty in winter - open/close vents to adjust :) The space 13 minutes from downtown and the airport. Close to freeway, food, and fun at lagoon. netflix, hulu, disney+ (bought mulan if you want to watch) and fast internet. The basement unit does not have access to the thermostat (it's upstairs), if you'd like the temp modified let me know and I can adjust remotely- temp can be regulated through opening/closing vents or even commit the cardinal sin growing up and crack open a window ;) Guest access laundry included. use our soap and dryer sheets! Other things to note Please note that if you're allergic I host guests with service dogs - we clean well but just a heads up. Also there is a no smoking policy on the premesis.
