Garage/barn space is open for storage. No candle burning, shoes off at door this quiet home has working professionals in our family home*help keep in movein condition, clean and sanitize after use of common areas and maintain outdoors, gardeners and pest control are scheduled weekly w/professional safety checks, maintenance and cleaning services. Delivery services are ok not regular mail. Our lockbox is onsite for assistant to help with processing of bills. Guest access Secured access with security code for entry. Guest needs to send Dl, reg., ins. For hoa and security approval to access a code and meet up during checkin hours of 1:30-3:30 for house security and operating instructions.. if you need to check in other hours, please send a request to schedule.
