This is a space made for fireside conversations, comfort, and unhurried time together. Sleeping arrangements Five bedrooms are spread across two levels, each designed for rest and privacy. Four feature king beds and one offers a queen, all with supportive memory foam mattresses and soft linens. Two bedrooms downstairs include thoughtful touches like a reading nook and room-darkening shades. An air mattress with linens is available when extra flexibility is needed. Living spaces The main level’s open layout brings everyone together, with a 65 inch Smart TV, comfortable seating, and a cozy dining nook ideal for coffee or casual meals. Downstairs, the game room adds a playful touch with foosball, darts, board games, and another Smart TV. The space naturally draws guests to unwind, laugh, and connect after a day outdoors. Kitchen & dining A full kitchen provides everything you need to cook and share meals with ease, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and dining table. A coffee maker and hot water kettle make mornings easy. Outdoor living Though evenings grow crisp this time of year, the fenced backyard remains inviting. Gather around the fire pit with warm drinks and conversation under the Colorado night sky. Outdoor furniture and a seasonal dining area create extra space to enjoy fresh air when the temperatures permit.
