Mesquite 4 Bedroom Vacation Home by Palmer Course

Beautiful 4 bedroom home (not a condo or townhome). Excellent location, 3 blocks from the 4th hole on the Oasis Palmer Golf Course. This is exclusively a vacation home, very clean, nice and with upscale furnishings. Private, quiet home in nice neighborhood, w/ private backyard, covered patio, BBQ, large stocked kitchen & garage parking. I have reviews written of golf courses that can be emailed upon request. Before booking, please click below under "other things", the minimum night rule, etc... The space Beautifully furnished home with 4 separate bedrooms. This vacation home is extremely nice. It is kept very clean, and is like new condition. Home has washer and dryer, and has upscale furniture with leather sofas. Garage to park in, and in a safe quiet neighborhood. Guest access You will be renting the entire home, this is a dedicated vacation home, no one shares this space with you. You can park your cars in the garage, enjoy the patio, BBQ, and private back yard. Other things to note No Smoking, No Pets, No House Parties (no more than 10 people). Must be 25 or older to rent home. MINIMUM STAY POLICY * Peak months: Jan - May, October, November, and holiday weekends 3-night minimum for stays that include a Friday or Saturday night. Exceptions: * If only 1-2 nights are available on my calendar, the minimum does not apply. * Within 3 weeks of arrival, I may accept 2-night weekend stays * 1-night stays may be accepted within 7 days of arrival or if the calendar allows. All other months * 2-night minimum for weekend stays * Shorter stays may be accepted close to the travel date If you’d like to book less than the stated minimum, please send an inquiry before requesting to book. 1 extra roll-away style full size bed and 1 convertible full size bed and bedding can be brought in the home for $30 each; however, there is a limit of 8 (not counting infants) sleeping in the home. There is a very large walk-in closet that can work as a 5th private room.
