The living room truly is a cozy place to relax and enjoy some TV or a good book by the fireplace. Enjoy dinner out on the downstairs patio that not all units offer in this community. There is a half bath located downstairs. Finally, to the left of the kitchen is the laundry room with a private washer and dryer as well as an attached garage. Please be advised that the owners of the property park a mid-sized SUV to the far right of the garage, leaving plenty of space for a mid-sized SUV to the left.
