The space As you enter the front door the bedroom quarters are to your right. The first is the main floor master bedroom with its own on suite bathroom. The newly renovated bathroom includes its own spa steam shower. The other two bedrooms on the main level share another newly renovated bathroom, one of which includes a queen bed, the other which includes a king bed. The master bedroom suite is on its own floor. It includes a king bed, as well as a sitting area and its own on suite bathroom with a large spa-style soaking tub as well as a standing shower with waterfall and rainfall settings. Each of the bedrooms has all the linens needed and there are plenty of towels available. To the right of the entrance is the spacious well lit living room, which boasts large picture windows as well as a flat screen television. Continuing through the house is a dining room with an expansive view of the back yard, with seating for 8. The gourmet fully equipped kitchen includes a Wolf gas stove top and range hood, natural stone counters with a peninsula that has seating for 4-5. The kitchen is fully equipped with all glasses, flatware, coffee maker etc. Enjoy the pool (June 1 - Sept 15), hot tub, patio and deck. The kitchen opens up into the family room so the cook is never far from the action. Off the side of the kitchen is a fully equipped laundry room as well as a half bathroom. The family room has large wrap around picture windows with a view of the deck, patio, hot tub and pool, a sectional couch as well as an entertainment system. The basement is perfect for entertaining everyone staying in the home. The basement includes a sauna room, a bar with seating for six, a pool table, a game room with multiple stand and play arcade games and a dining area with seating for 4. The sectional couch is perfect for relaxing and watching TV on the large flat screen television. The basement includes another half bath, as well as an ottoman which opens up into a twin bed, and a day bed with a trundle (i.e two twin beds). The fenced in back yard is perfect for relaxing. The pool area includes lounge chairs and tables. The patio has a seating area and a hot tub. The deck is perfect for grilling out, has a table with seating for six as well as a match lit grill. In the summer months (when it is above 85) because of the sun angle on the house, the upstairs master can get warm in the afternoon. Once the sun sets the air conditioning is able to catch up and it cools down very quickly.
