The property offers 4,934 square feet of living space, with five bedrooms, three fireplaces, central air, in-ground pool ( open Memorial Day - mid September) sauna, internet, a sixty foot front porch, dining terraces, spacious rooms, a unique pub room, separate office space above the garage and beautifully landscaped grounds. There are both formal and informal dining rooms, a chefs kitchen with Wolfe six burner stove, oven and Italian tile counter tops. The first level includes the pub, formal dining room, center hall/library with wood burning fireplace, living room with fireplace, kitchen, butler pantry, small tv room/den with fireplace, and informal dining/breakfast room, powder room with shower.
