Welcome to the tropical pool retreat, a private 3 bedroom 2 bath home in a quiet neighborhood only 9 miles from the beach and 75 from Orlando. Relax & grill in our tropical screened in pool area. (The pool may be heated for a small fee). Enjoy the fully equipped & spacious kitchen, indoor laundry room, WiFi, smart TV, reclining sofa, AC and ceiling fans. The master has a queen bed, the other rooms each have 2 twin beds, there's a futon & 2 twin air mattresses are also available. The space The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and walk in closet. The other two rooms each have two single beds. There are two additional single air mattresses in the closet of the master bedroom. There is a futon in the living room that may be used as additional seating or a bed. The private laundry room is equipped with a new large washing machine and a dryer. There are two TVs in the home, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Please note that the AC cannot be lowered more than 74 degrees. The unit is older and can't handle lower temperatures. Thank you. Guest access You may park in the garage, driveway or on the street. Other things to note The pool may be heated for a fee of $25 per day, with a minimum of 4 consecutive days. We offer discounts for extended stays and extended use of heating in the pool.
