The HUNAUDIERE cottage accommodates up to 15 people. It consists of 5 SPACIOUS bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (shower, sink and toilet in each bedroom), a large living room, a seating area, a fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for anyone who wishes to discover Brocéliande and Haute-Bretagne but also for business meetings. 20 minutes from Rennes and the Brocéliande Forest, StMalo 1 hour, Mont St Michel 1.5 hours Rennes Exhibition Center 15 minutes away (SPACE, artibat, ...) The space The manor of the Hunaudière, an old building over 500 years old, has been carefully renovated. It now houses a large gîte/stopover gîte. The facilities that have been designed to accommodate groups of hikers are proving to be very useful regardless of the group staying at the Manor. The presence of a bathroom and toilet in each room promotes daily life for many. - In the kitchen: 5-burner gas hob, 2 refrigerators, 1 freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Pots, pans and dishes in sufficient quantity. - Large living room with a dining area for 15 people, a seating area and a TV area. WIFI - 5 spacious bedrooms with a private bathroom and a separate private toilet. One bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, all other beds are single beds. Large closet in every bedroom. In the cottage, we provide you with rackets, balls, balls... The manor of the Hunaudière is located in the municipality of Talensac between Rennes and the forest of Brocéliande with many hiking trails around and from the gîte. Greenway.
