With 2 cozy bedrooms and a fun lofted game room, it’s a great blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Picture an original wagon wheel chandelier hanging from the lofted ceiling, alongside smart TVs, high-speed internet, and endless hot water on demand. Located on the western edge of town, you’re just minutes away from Estes' top spot, Bird and Jim, and a favorite local supermarket. Plus, you can easily reach the National Park without dealing with downtown traffic. SLEEPING - Two first-floor queen bedrooms with plenty of storage. - The living room has a full-size sofa bed/futon for additional guests. BATHROOM An efficiency bathroom offers a shower, vanity, and toilet. LIVING TVs & GAMES: There's a smart TV in the living room, or you can head upstairs to the loft to enjoy retro gaming on the Sega Genesis console (and a second smart TV). WIFI - 1gb fiber, the fastest WiFi available in Estes Park. KITCHING/DINING Kitchen: Fully stocked with everything you need, including a coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, stove, dishwasher, and all the cookware and cutlery. Dining Area: A cozy table for four, and with a few extra chairs, you can seat six comfortably. Laundry: There’s a washer and dryer right in the kitchen for your use. You have full access to: + 2 bedrooms + 1 bathrooms + private parking + deck and outdoor dining area + kitchen/dining/living area Other things to note NOISE Events, loud music and noises, and parties are strictly prohibited. Please be respectful of your noise level so I can maintain good relationships with my neighbors. Note that my property has two other short term rentals on it; treat our neighbors like you'd want to be treated. The house has a Minut, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so I can give you a heads up. It does not record content, it only measures decibel levels so your privacy is 100% guaranteed. Guests are not to unplug it (we will also be alerted if that happens). It also measures temperature to alert us of pipe freeze conditions. It's on the roof beam in the loft. NONPAYING GUESTS Insurance requires that nonpaying and non-registered guests are not allowed on property. AIR CONDITIONER Estes has a mild mountain climate in the summers but from time to time it can get hot. Like nearly every other home in town, there’s no A/C. The cool evening breeze will cool the home down quickly.
