The space This 30 m² studio with a 10 m² balcony terrace overlooking a wooded park and facing the Grande Sure is sure to charm you! It is located in the center of Voiron just 100 meters from the train station and not overlooked! Non-nominative parking spaces are available within the residence (with gate badge) for your comfort as well as an elevator to access the apartment located on the 2nd and top floor. Special attention has been paid to every detail to make your stay as memorable as possible. The Bohemian chic decor should instantly relax you: very soft, in shades of linen, string and white with rattan furniture, dried Pampa flowers, eternal roses, macramé, jute rugs, wicker baskets and candles... Indirect LED strip lighting throughout the apartment, adjustable in intensity and color to suit all your needs. The bathroom has a 2-seater Balneo bathtub L180xl130cm with integrated light therapy, no need to rush the Balneo is equipped with a water heater, so relax, enjoy and relax;) You will also love its walnut tiles, indirect light, candles, relaxing and restful decoration to accompany this relaxing moment. On the Aromatherapy side, essential oil diffusers will complete the awakening of your senses and will be at your disposal within the apartment. Sweet Almond massage oil will also be available to guests. The balcony terrace, a real extension of the apartment, is equipped with a solid teak table with 4 designer rattan chairs. On the right, a hanging egg will allow you to relax in front of the Grande Sure and let free rein to all your thoughts for a 100% relaxing moment. Decorative objects that will appeal to your senses and attract your attention (table fireplace, solar lantern on balcony, ceiling mirror above the bed, 3D essential oil diffuser, luminous champagne bucket with built-in Bluetooth speaker, wooden tic-tac-toe game, puzzle, stimulating couple games...). On the bedding side, a magnificent 160*200 cm queen-size bed with built-in and backlit bedside tables, memory foam mattress, cloud mattress topper, will allow you to spend the coziest nights. The apartment has a TV with digital TV channels as well as free Wi-Fi.
