Charming 150 m² cottage recently renovated and tastefully decorated, located in southern Touraine and very easy to access: 10 minutes from an exit of the A10, close to an SNCF train station and the D910 (N10) The cottage is suitable for 6 adults, 2 children/teens and 1 baby. Close to the Loire Valley Castles, Futuroscope, Beauval Zoo and many remarkable sites. At the foot of the house starts the new bike path inaugurated in 2021 - including 26 km of greenway between Descartes and Tournon Saint-Pierre. The space You have the entire house, located near the confluence of the Creuse and Vienne rivers, between the Loire Valley castles and Futuroscope. Many activities are possible: Fishing in the nearby pond, river descent, tennis 1 km away, air baptisms to fly over the Loire Castles, Futuroscope de Poitiers, Loire Castles (Loches, Chinon, Azay le Rideau, etc.) and Beauval Zoo. Cycling enthusiasts can enjoy the greenway that starts in front of the cottage and goes to Preuilly sur Claise. The house is very quiet with views of the countryside to the south and a fishing pond to the north. It is completely independent with a 5000 m² garden close to the Creuse River. It includes, on the ground floor: a living room with insert fireplace, an equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bedroom with sofa bed and a teleworking area, 1 independent toilet. Upstairs: 1 master bedroom with double bed and baby bed, an adult bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom, a shower room, 1 separate toilet and a large relaxation landing. Mobile reception is excellent on all operators. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Systematic cleaning at the end of the stay: €60 (1 to 4 days) or €110 (more than 4 days) which will be requested upon arrival. Possibility to rent linen for €10 per person: for this purpose you will have the pleasure of finding your beds made and you will have at your disposal towels, bath mats and tea towels. The rental is open all year round for a minimum stay of 2 nights with preferential rates for long stays. For school holidays, we prefer one-week bookings. For the July/August period, only bookings of a minimum of one week will be accepted. No pets allowed for hygiene and neighborhood reasons. No parties or events. If you want to use the fireplace, we will ask you for a contribution of €15. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the whole house. If you smoke outside, please do not throw your butts in nature.
