The property has shared use of a large swimming pool with sun beds, shaded parking spaces, a barbeque space and of course all of the above are part of the garden full of palm trees, lemon trees and flowers in an area of more than 3000 sq.m. On the first floor of the house there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The complex is a family complex that consists of two building blocks . Each of this block have two apartments in the ground floor and two maisonette that occupies first and second floor. Please keep in mind that the swimming pool is in use from 1st of May until the end of October and the lift is in use from the end of May until the end of September.
