The space Our spacious house is ideal for larger families, quiet groups, workation stays, creative getaways, or guests who want to spend time together in Hamburg and the surrounding area. The house is divided into 6 separate apartments, offering plenty of space and sufficient privacy for all guests. In total, you have 6 bathrooms at your disposal – ideal for larger groups and a relaxing stay without waiting times. Each apartment has its own kitchen, making it very comfortable for longer stays or shared trips. Upstairs is the large main kitchen, which is ideal for cooking together, team meetings, or relaxed meals. Right next door, the bright conservatory and spacious terrace invite you to relax, work, or enjoy yoga and meditation sessions. A special highlight is the 3 attic apartments, each with its own balcony – perfect for a peaceful start to the day or relaxing evenings. Thanks to its clever layout, the house is ideal for family reunions, quiet group trips, small retreats, work sabbaticals, or inspiring workation stays. Guest access Our house is located on a spacious, approximately 3,900 m² (10-acre), fully fenced property and offers plenty of space to relax, play, and feel at home. Guests have access to a large garden with a terrace – ideal for shared meals, relaxing hours outdoors, or yoga sessions. Garden furniture and a grill are provided. At the rear of the garden, there is another terrace with a cozy gazebo, which is perfect for a peaceful retreat or for relaxing evenings. For families with kids, there is a sandbox, a toy cabinet, and plenty of space to play. Another highlight is the outdoor ping-pong table, which provides fun and a shared activity in the garden 🏓 For guests with bicycles or e-bikes, a lockable garage is available for secure storage. 🚲 There are also free parking spaces right by the house, making it convenient to travel with multiple vehicles. Other things to note We charge a security deposit of €300 for the stay. This can either be transferred in advance or paid in cash upon arrival. The refund will be issued within 3 days of departure, provided no damage is found. Linens and towels are of course provided. The entire house is non-smoking. Unfortunately, no pets are permitted. Therefore, the accommodation is also well suited for allergy sufferers. WiFi is free throughout the house. We attach great importance to a pleasant atmosphere – our house is not suitable for parties, loud celebrations, or events. We look forward to convivial and relaxing evenings in a pleasant atmosphere. However, please note that our house is not suitable for drinking games, beer pong, loud parties, or excessive alcohol consumption. A gas grill is available for use. We will provide a full gas cylinder for €15. We ask that you use only the large main kitchen in front of the conservatory for shared meals. There are plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, and kitchen utensils available for all guests. For families with young children, we will gladly provide a highchair, a portable travel crib, and children's tableware upon request. Bicycles and e-bikes can be safely stored in the lockable garage 🚲
