Supermarkets 10min away. *We have an in-house safe underground shelter (Mamad ממ״ד)* The space Our guest suite includes 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen combined with a dining and living area, a full bathroom (with a tub, shower and toilet) plus a beautiful patio you can enjoy anytime. The front bedroom sleeps two on a double bed, has a wardrobe and a view to our garden. The back bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, a desk, office chair and wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, 4 burners gas stove, electric oven and an extractor hood. Also available are a microwave oven, toaster, an electric hot water kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker (capsules provided). Plates, glasses, cups, silverware and all necessary kitchen utensils are ready for you in the cupboards and drawers. The kitchen is also equipped with a drinking/cooking water purification system. The dining area includes a table with 4 seats. The living area includes a two-seat comfortable couch, a coffee table, a 43" smart HDTV with Disney+ and Israel's Cellcom TV cable service (including international channels) as well as a small sound/radio system. A dedicated, high speed fiber optics WiFi network is available for the sole use of our guests with a good coverage in all areas. Each room is equipped with a separate air conditioning unit for on demand cooling and heating. The Bathroom includes a bath tub, shower, sink with a large mirror, toilet, space heater and hair dryer. Hot water is provided 24/7 by a combined solar and gas system, no need to turn on boiler. Towels are available in the bathroom drawers. Washer and dryer are provided for our guests' self use free of charge at all times (detergent and fabric softener are provided). A folding hang dryer rack as well as an iron and an ironing board are available as well. The patio is great for outdoors dining and relaxing in both sunshine and shade (weather permitting). Easy chairs as well as a table with 4 seats and a parasol are always ready for you. Please note: we clean and sanitise our guest suite (between guests) in accordance with Airbnb guidelines. A safe, underground shelter (Mamad) is shared with the hosts and is fully equipped with all necessary emergency equipment plus a high speed WiFi connection. Important notice for families with young children: The space is suited for a maximum of two children plus an infant (up to 2 years old). For families with an infant: we will be happy to provide you with a crib, baby's tub and a high chair. Please send an inquiry before booking, It is best to have all questions answered at this point. Guest access Guests can access our backyard and garden for relaxing, dining and recreation. Please note that all our facilities are for booked guests only. Please note that parties and evens are strictly forbidden as well as playing loud music. Other things to note Free parking is usually available on the street right next to our house. Smoking inside our guest suite and on the Patio is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed only on the wooden deck. The cleaning fee covers cleaning costs between guests. We clean and sanitise our guest unit (between guests) in accordnace with Airbnb guidelines. All necessary cleaning tools and supplies, including a vacuum cleaner, are available for guests who wish to clean the unit during their stay. Bed linen and towels are available free of charge. Israeli citizens are subject to additional 18% VAT as required by law. Non Israeli citizens are exempt from VAT upon presenting thier non Israeli passport and the B2 stay permit received at the airport.
