A $500 deep cleaning fee will be assessed for any evidence of smoking inside or outside the unit. A designated smoking area is available on the southeast corner of the complex near the street. Guests must be 25 years or older with a valid credit card to book and valid ID is required at check-in. Self check-in is available 24 hours a day. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. The maximum occupancy at any time is 24 people. Failure to adhere to this limitation will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without a refund. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m. We do not charge any resort or management fees. The total price includes cleaning and all applicable taxes. If you purchased an insurance damage waiver, it covers accidental breakage or loss of items inside the unit only. Intentional or negligent actions are not covered. Charges for excessively soiled or missing linens and towels, excessive cleaning, smoking, pets, and overstays are not covered by the waiver and will be charged to the credit card on file.
