Welcome to our cozy, quiet and modern apartment with two separate bedrooms for maximum 5 guests. The apartment is south-facing and located on the sunny side between Zell am See and Kaprun in the peaceful district of Fürth, offering a stunning view over Kaprun and the Kitzsteinhorn ski area and its glacier. The locals from Zell call this area "the sunny mountain" of Zell and it is the perfect starting point for hiking trips in the summer and downhill/nordic skiing adventures in the winter. The space The apartment, with a total living area (balcony included) of 54 sqm, has an alpine living room with a tiled stove (not in use) dining area as well as a sofa and an LCD-TV (SAT). It is further equipped with a high-speed WiFi and a modern and compact kitchen, dishwasher, bathroom with shower and toilet, 2 bedrooms and an entrance area with a coat rack. Last but not least, the apartment has a south-facing sunny balcony that provides a splendid mountain view. Other things to note To the apartment belongs also a ski cellar (storage for skis and bikes) and one parking spot for the guests. Please note that bedlinen and towels are available to rent for 10 EUR per person/stay. We also allow dogs and other house pets to stay in the apartment. However, please note that we charge an additional pet fee of EUR 25. Please also note that we are obliged to register all guests with the city of Piesendorf. In Piesendorf the local tax (also known as visitor's tax or overnight levy) is € 2.05 per person per night from the age of 15. In addition, a mobility fee of € 0.50 per person per night (from age 15) is charged. You will receive a link to the registration from us after booking. A few days before your arrival, we will then send you a guest card to print out. The card can be used for discounts and free offers in the vicinity. On the website of the city of Piesendorf you will find the information about which discounts are possible with the guest card. All extra fees — such as the visitor’s tax, charges for bed linen sets — must be paid before arrival, either by bank transfer or through another online payment platform.
